Video turnaround: 14–21 days after complete files, the brief, schedule and payment arrangements are confirmed. Director availability is confirmed before booking.
One wedding. One clear scope.
Single-day filming is not charged by footage hour. Two filming days combined into one set of films cost 1.5× your selected collection price. Separate deliverable sets, more than two days and additional films are quoted before work starts.
First time working together?
Your invitation may include 50% off the matching standard video package and no deposit, or a deposit waiver at the standard price. If you’re not satisfied with the agreed-scope first edit, there is no charge. The invitation shows which offer applies; we confirm the scope, revisions, total and schedule in writing before starting. Without an invitation, standard project terms apply.

Confirm the brief and payment arrangements. Standard projects start with a 30% deposit; an approved first-project invitation waives it. Your edit then joins the agreed schedule.

Review, then deliver.
Review a private preview and send consolidated notes. Standard balances are due after approval; with a first-project invitation, you pay the confirmed total only if you approve the agreed-scope edit.
What if the first edit needs changes?
Your package includes one or two rounds of consolidated revision notes. If we missed an instruction in the agreed brief, we’ll correct it free of charge without using a revision round. A new creative direction, replacement music after editing, extra films or extra versions may need a separate quote, agreed before work starts. For an approved first-project invitation, if you are still not satisfied with the agreed-scope edit, there is no charge.
Will the films feel like our studio’s work?
Your reference films, chosen music and colour preferences guide the edit. For regular partners, we keep a studio style profile and prioritise the same lead editor, subject to availability. If a handover is needed, we explain it and keep the brief and quality review consistent.
Can we work together in English?
Yes. Our China-based team has experience editing Australian weddings. We work with English written briefs, reference films and timecoded feedback, supported by translation tools. Share any names, pronunciation notes and must-keep moments so we can follow your intent closely.
How do first-project invitations work?
Enter your assigned email and invitation code in the project form. Each invitation is for one studio’s first agreed-scope video project and has an expiry date. The code either waives the deposit at the standard price or also applies a 50% introductory discount, as stated in your invitation. The discount is calculated on your selected collection and filming days; it does not create unlimited extra work. If you’re not satisfied with the agreed-scope first project, there is no charge. We confirm the full terms before starting. An invitation is not a confirmed booking or proof of payment.
How do you protect our brand and files?
We work behind your brand and don’t approach your couples directly. Access is limited to the people working on your project. We don’t publish your footage or completed films without your permission. Please share project-specific folders, never account passwords.
How long can we download the finished files?
We retain final exports and editing project files for 30 days after final delivery. Download and back up your delivered files within that window, and always keep your own original footage. This is short-term retention, not an archival backup service. If you need editable project handover, confirm the software and included files with us before booking.
How do booking and payment work?
Send your brief first. We confirm the scope, file access, price and schedule by email before you pay the standard 30% deposit through PayPal, unless your approved invitation waives it. For standard projects, the remaining 70% is due after approval and before clean final delivery. An approved invitation waives the deposit; its agreed total is due after approval, before clean final delivery. Payments are checked personally; a PayPal click is not a booking confirmation. If you need to cancel, contact us promptly so we can discuss the work already agreed and completed and confirm the next steps.
When will we hear from you?
We reply within one business day. Video editing normally takes 14–21 days; photo editing takes 7–10 business days. The clock starts once the complete files, brief, schedule and payment arrangements are confirmed. We agree your project’s schedule before work begins; revision timing is confirmed separately.
